# Sources, months and built statements for the Build-from-files dialog

## Description

**GET /publisher/statements/from-files/sources**

For each linked, active source the Add-files bridge can build from (`bmi`, `ascap`, `ascap_international`, `socan`, `socan_detail`): its society, currency, the remembered answer to "who does this society pay?" (`payee`), and `tables[]`, one per loaded month. A table lists the processed `files` loaded into it and, when a statement was built from it, that `statement` (`status`, whether it is `posted`, `builtAt`, `filesChangedSinceBuild`). A society-month already built from the sibling source shows `claimedBy` instead.

The build unit is the table (source x payment month), not the file: the loader appends every file of a month into one table. Postgres only; BigQuery is not queried.

**Authorization:** `admin` role + `publisher` capability enabled.
